- Processing Time (Our part): It takes us 1-2 business days to hand-pick, quality-check, and polish your jewelry at our Columbus studio. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Time (The carrier’s part): Once your package leaves our doors at 4261 Sims St, the journey to your doorstep begins.

Double-check your shipping address! If you catch a mistake, email us immediately. We can only fix the address if the package is still sitting on our desk in Columbus. Once it’s with USPS or UPS, it’s out of our hands.
